Few weeks ago I bought my daughter Adidas campus. And it arrived, was happy and decided to buy myself the same, but different colour and reversible LV belt, wrong colour of the shoe and a wrong belt was delivered. I wrote to their support email and WhatsApp. No response. After a week someone responded on WhatsApp that the colour I have ordered is out of stock and they sell their LV belt like that. I returned the shoe, 2 weeks ago and got an acknowledgment from Pep that it was collected. To date I have not heard or received any acknowledgment from Infinity Art. What kind of service is this, is this shop a ****? On top of that my shoe was peeling off on the sides and the barcode is not working, which makes it suspicious that it is **** and looks like a ****.
