1Stop auto repairs Potchefstroom
1 Stop Auto Repairs in Potchefstroom. I intrusted Zelda and Cobus with restoring a old Willys Jeep and with plenty promise from Zelda I have her and Cobus the project, they wanted 80% deposit to start on the vehicle and I was repeatedly told they will finished the jeep off quickly. It is now going on five months lies after lies, long story after long story and todate hardly anything done on the Jeep. Stay far away from these self aclaimed Christians chancers. I must also add Zelda very freindly and communicates daily until the money is in there account then you can hardly get hold of her.

1 Stop Auto Repairs in Potchefstroom. Dont Take your Car
This is the worse panel beater to take your car for repairs to and let me explain ,Firstly they take on a Job and afterwards they tell you they are not qualified to perform the repairs however they proceed . My car interior went to them in 100% working condition and after confirming the car is fix and ready for collection you will get a car back with more defaults that you can imagine ,dashboard lights on steering wheel buttons not working due to bad workmanship and you will be liable for the expenses as the insurance will advise you it is not part of the accident . After collecting my car it was not even driving 10KM the Car left my family stranded next to the road for hours and had to be collected by the panel Beaters . They always blame everyone but them self for bad workmanship and cant take ownership or accountability for their own actions and ones you raise another fault that was not on the Car they will check the cameras. My car was in for 7 months and no tense of Urgency and with 1/2 tank of fuel you will get it back empty like me and not to mention the battery is also my fault now . Try to contact them is the same as trying to get through to a Government Organization (forget it)

Dont Take your Car

If I could given them less than 1 star I would. I can’t express how unhappy I am with One Stop Auto. Firstly they claim Bryte only authorised the repair on 12th May even though Bryte told me the repair was authorised 28th April. Then they claimed the spares would be there Thursday the 18th May. When they called (the one and ONLY time they called me, and I didn’t call them), they couldn’t tell me if the spares had arrived yet. I went into the office today 23rd May because clearly calling them wasn’t working. There wasn’t a single person in the office other than what appeared to be a cleaning lady who didn’t speak English well. She was able after about 15 minutes to get someone on the phone who told me that the spares would be delivered tomorrow. After I stormed out she sent me a whatsapp with an email “supposedly” about my spares (they lie so who knows if it was actually my spares), however, the email simply said the spares may be there tomorrow or Friday, emphasis on the may. This claim went in early April, and its now the end of May. At every point I need to run after them. They claim they never take a car in until they have the spares and then two sentences later they claim they have 6 Mazda's waiting for parts. The owner is happy to tell whatever lie works for her story. There is always a story with them.

They claimed to have done my head and my block on my car , but when I paid them and collected my car I found old oil old plugs old oil filter old air filter still in my car, they are now refusing to show any proof that they did do it there technician that they outsourced job too is not pitching up to explain what actually happened. I waited for 3 hrs at there premises he did not come.They claim they have footage of head and block being removed but they not showing it too me ,they use there letter head to do quotations then outsource work and don't take any responsibility. My car is now standing by them after I paid them full money, and they don't have care of resolving the problem and providing any evidence. They deal with companies like momentum insurance yet this is how they treat customers.
