I phoned for an ambulance on the 28 March Wich was an emergency at 00.1 I hold until 00.07 I told the lady I'm in need off an ambulance she asked me where I'm calling from I told her and guess what she dropped the phone.I called again at 00.08 I had to hold on another 4 minutes the lady answered again she dropped the phone.I phone for the 3rd time and was on hold for 6 minutes until I eventually dropped the phone.It makes me wonder was the lady asleep.So this is the service as south African citizens we get.What are they getting paid for if they can't even help u in a emergency
