Unfortunately by no choice I have to accept this service provider due to the contractual basis with our Estate as a service provider. Absolutely pathetic service including from a customer experience perspective. They have no other way of contacting them for assistance other than a whatsapp chat and when you need help they take forever to respond sometimes of no use at all. Every month without fail you have issues with internet connection and even tho it is a Fibre line I choose a 20 MB package but my speed test shows if I'm lucky I get a upload / download of 10 Mb rarely, to most days average of 5 mb yet paying the full price of the package. I will never recommend this company as a service provider.

The most unreliable, unsecured 'fibre' supplier. This so called supplier has external issues: theft and breakage of their equipment and non paying users that has access to their services, But, they cut off ALL services without communication. 1 week no services after paid: they say this is not their problem. Matlosana gardens requires competent Fibre suppliers that doesn't ***** your money.

Worst service provider ever… Don’t even bother. If I could I would give them 0. The internet hasn’t worked since day1 paid 700 for nothing money down the drain. They keep lying saying they will come fix it.

This people are unreliable. I switched to 121Net on the 24th of February 2024, payment was made immediately. I have been struggling ever since with connection. My phone connected for a week with a very poor signal strength, then it stopped working. when I call their agent I am being told that technicians are not on side or they can not come all the way for one person. imagine. To date I haven't heard anything from this Network company. The only time i hear from them is when I contact them. It's been a month full and I am still patiently waiting for them to send a technician.

Most unreliable service provider, poor service delivery. Technians indicates they will be here at a certain time. When you follow up with the WhatsApp number the feedback is that no one is home which not true. When you try to contact the number, no one answers. When you send a WhatsApp they do not Respond after they make a promise. There is no customer service email Addy nor a telephone number to lodge a complaint.

I am totally unhappy with the service that I'm getting from 121. I was out of network from the 19th of December. I reported it and I was told it will be fixed. An agent was send after I have send numerous messages and she only changed the network cable and still did have network. Today is the 21st I still don't have network after I have sent them a message regarding the issue.

It's sad that they're the only Fibre service providers in my area, but they're the worst service providers I've ever had to come across. They don't have customer support that responds in time, they don't have a technician close by or o site and the person who HAS been assigned to us, always has their phone off or they don't respond to the query. If you're a new customer and want to know about their service offering, they'll never compensate you for downtime of their internet service, nor will you get ANY sort of assistance during the weekend. They forget that there's another competitor service provider nearby and when they start offering their services, we will not hesitate to stop supporting 121Net and jump ship immediately! You guys might be affordable, but we're still NOT getting our money's worth!!! Even MTN and Telkom don't mistreat us the way you guys do, I'm beyond frustrated by this company. #Bluesky Technologies

They don't have customer support that responds in time, they don't have a technician close by or o site and the person who HAS been assigned to us, always has their phone off or they don't respond to the query. If you're a new customer and want to know about their service offering, they'll never compensate you for downtime of their internet service, nor will you get ANY sort of assistance during the weekend. They forget that there's another competitor service provider nearby and when they start offering their services, we will not hesitate to stop supporting 121Net and jump ship immediately! You guys might be affordable, but we're still NOT getting our money's worth!!! Even MTN and Telkom don't mistreat us the way you guys do, I'm beyond frustrated by this company. #Bluesky Technologies
