I contacted 24/7 electrical for an electrical fault. They subcontracted a company called day/night electrical for the job. Seeing that we were in a desperate situation the tripled the normal amount of the job. After looking at the invoice, the charged almost R2000 call out fee (website says its free) and charged for costs on work not even done. To date the job is incomplete.
A refund was promised but now we are just being ignored flat and no response to messages whatsoever. When calling 24/7 electrical the extremly rude lady that has no respect and no etiquette says it is not her problem and I must contact the subcontractor.
I have lodged a complaint with the electrical board of South Africa also.
Please be wary of these people.
