Hi Udeshni thank you for a job well done, and for your indulgence in getting the installation done despite SA Homeloans Insurance hiccups. Also, the installers Mnceba, Ayanda & Lucky does your company proud. They were very polite & professional. I wish to place on record my complete satisfaction with the excellent service provided by 24 Fix. It is companies like you that makes SA Homeloans Insurance & others to get more business & thrive, so they must acknowledge, pay for & retain you for your exceptional services. Thanks again, your top class service is sincerely appreciated. Keep up the good work!

May 2022 we had insurance claim where SA Home Loans appointed 24Fix as the contractor. They replaced geyser and we thought job well done but 2 weeks ago the geyser leaked and damaged ceiling etc. We moved to another service provider beginning of the year and I logged an insurance claim. Service provider came out and assessed geyser. They contacted Electrolux since geyser is suppose to be under warranty. Electrolux came out and assessed. They did not replace geyser due to 24fix used reconditioned valve. Made contact with 24fix and SA Home Loans submitted report from Electeolux and guess what they don't want to take responsibility because geyser is not burst.......nothing about valve All I'm asking is that 24fix owns up to there mistake to not use certified valve and pay the excess amount of R1750 If I pay the amount it means 24fix gets away with using incorrect products which causes geyers to malfunction within warranty period. But between Darshan & Siswe I'm getting no service and bad attitude. Again one of those situations where if they dont take reaponaibility they making my life difficult so I will pay and get everything fixed but they will catch the next victom Would suggest to stay clear from 24 fix and be careful because sa homeloans does.care either

If I could award 0 stars, I would. Cannot fix the problem only create more problems, after reporting geyser problems, that was not fixed, instead I now have electrical problems, the original water leak that is even worse and a cracked sealing that needs to be replaced.

24Fix was appointed by Discovery Insure to assist, undertook to come at 14:00, and only arrived at 18:00. Discovery Insure needs to start taking us seriously, there's ample bad service reviews from 24Fix.

I would like to make people to know that the company 24fix do notkeep up to the qarranty terms. To me this is false advertising and misleading the people.I got a geyser with 10 year warranty and they refuse to sort out the issue yet it clearly states that my geyser has 10 year warranty. When you put your claim through, you are not even contacted unless you make dozens of calls with sending tons emails. Please be aware of this company.Sadly Warranty claims with 24fix is like not hacing a warranty,.Bottom line dont get scammed.I still am without a geyser now for days without hot water thanks to 24fix.Guys people are catching up with 24fix and soon nobody will want to invest in yr prooduct.

My geyser burst on Sunday and it was reported to insurance company and on Tues 24 Fix sent a plumber to establish the issue. He confirmed that geyser had burst etc and that he would report issue to their office (24Fix ) After consulting to insurance etc , 24 Fix was supose to send their installers on wednesday 22Dec 2021 between 1-2pm. The guys pitch up at 3.30pm, then he drains the geyser which too 30 min, however the they did not have the man power availble to start installing the geyser, the driver of the company was sent all the way to Umhlanga to fetch another plumber. They arrived at 5.30, so the initial plumber sat at my place for 1 and half hours waiting for extra help. By this time i was fed up as i had plans for the evening and needed to leave. I called the office and spome to their reception Udeshnie, to explain that the delay was on THEIR part and if she could reschedule for ist thing thurs morning. This obnociois woman clearly stated that she can not reschedule ist thing in the morn as she had other apoinmnts. My point to her was that since I HAD WAITED N WASTED MY HALF OF MY DAY TO HAV GEYSER INSTALLED, the least she could do was reshedule. This woman was rude and refused to listen to my reasoning, she plain down told me that she would NOT RESCHEDULE FOR IST THING IN THE MORNING. i found that very very distasteful. Old Mutual should not outsource to an unprofesional company like 24 Fix. They mMUST BE REMOVED FROM THE INSURANCE LIST OF SERVICE PROVIDERS!!

After letting my insurance know about geyser issue they sent a plumber to my house. The plumber told me that geyser burst and that it is still under warranty. I contacted the insurance again and said they will get in touch with 24fix who they appointed to fit the geyser previously. 24fix contacted me and said they had some supplier issue. The incident was reported on Wednesday 3 November. Today is the 6th and still nobody has come to do anything about it or gave an indication of when. Yesterday 5 Nov my wife contacted 24fix and she was promised that someone would call me back. STILL WAITING. Is it maybe because there is no money to be made as it is a warranty claim?? The issue is not with SA Homeloans but they appointed a company to fix my geyser the last time and I was told by another plumber that it was installed incorrectly. It is 150l high pressure geyser . On the geyser it shows vertical but the way I look at it it is installed horizontal. So is this the type of companies that insurers appoint ? Is it about saving them money ?
