I ordered business cards from 24hrprinting in Bramley in August 2024 but the quality of the cards was extremely poor and completely unacceptable. Rounded corners look they they were manually done with blunt scissors. Half the artwork from one card printed onto the card next to it.. Just no QC process at all at 24hrprinting. I requested a reprint, which took painfully long to action. They advised that they discovered that their cutting machine was faulty, so they apparently were waiting to receive a new machine so they could cut the reprints properly. The second batch of reprinted cards eventually arrived and the quality was just as poor as the first batch received. I subsequently canceled the order, requested a refund and returned both batches of business cards to 24hpronting on their request (I really hope they are going to burn those cards though - would tarnish the brand if anyone sees those cards). The refund was requested on 18 Sept 2024, but after several attempts to get hold of anyone at 24hrprinting, with various excuses from them as to why Noone can come to the phone, and blatently refusing to call me back, it is now 22 October and I'm still waiting for the refund or even to hear back from anyone at 24hrprinting after several attempts at trying to contact them to confirm when the refund will be released.

****mers and *****sters. 24 hr printing in Bramley Johannesburg have stiolen our money and not produced any goods . A quote was send with *****ulent banking details. Payment was made and forwarded to them . Once the problem was found they told us to open a police case , it is not their problem . I have NEVER SEEN SUCH SHOCKING SERVICE. A police case has been opened and investigators employed.
