Very bad experience
These guys used to be good, but seem to have downhill. I contacted them about brown water coming out of my geyser. They sent a team out -- which was only on my premises for 5 minutes, and did not even look at the geyser. Instead they told me I needed to contact insurance (which I told them did not cover the geyser). They then made me sign on a phone, and left. Two days later I received an invoice for a R530 "call out fee" which had not been mentioned at any point, neither in the initial phone call, or when the team was on site, or even when I was requested to sign.

Plumbers Exeptional
My geyser burst on the 4th of November. The insurance gave the go ahead and On The Pipe contacted me same day and the Sunday the geyser was replaced. They also had the compliance requirements sorted which I had to pay. Being a pensioner they granted me a period to repay them which I regard as exceptional.

Highly recommendable
The tap deck in my kitchen needed replacing. My past experiences with two plumbing businesses have been appalling. One tried to charge 1000 R for imagined material. The other wanted to bill 4.5 h of labour while spending less than 2 hours including travel on that job. The first plumbing firm I contacted asked for more than three thousand Rand. I repeated that I already had the tap deck. That did not change the price. Then I called 24Seven. I was told two people would come the next day and that it would probably cost 690 Rand unless it would take more than an hour. I was surprised that I did not need to pay beforehand as usual. There were no additional costs for callout, for every kilometer travelled and the time to drive to my house was not billed as labor either as in other cases. As it turned out I actually paid 690 Rand for a job that was done to my total satisfaction. The two men did not mind that I insisted they consult the installation instruction. (The guys who installed my new oven some time ago damaged the frame because they did not know that model’s installation technique and were too macho to look into the manual.) Both JP and Simba from 24Seven were competent, efficient, friendly and respectful. It is such a relief to have found this excellent plumbing business. They are reliable and honest, well-trained, obliging and a pleasure to deal with. I can warmly recommend 24Seven and have done so already to my friends.

Excellent Customer Service & Repairs
We have usd 24seven/plumbing/electrical for several years now. Their customer service and plumbing/electrical work are exceptional. Emergency and routine repairs are both taken care of in a timely fashion at reasonable prices. I am so glad that we have engaged with their services after previous disappointments with others.

Superb Customer Service
I would like to compliment Nika Jonk, the receptionist who arranges all appointments/call outs. She is incredibly professional and has provided superb customer service to me over the time period that I have dealt with her. An asset to the company. Thank you very much, it was really a pleasure to deal with such a highly competent and efficient person.

I had a burst tank so phoned insurance company (Outsurance) and within 30 mins 24Seven plumbers where there, sure enough the tank had burst. Narchie and Matthew did a brilliant job, polite and new what they were doing (I know being ex plumber), cleared up after they had finished and wished me a good day.
