Excellent, Professional service. Nice to deal with a Company that puts customer first, at a reasonable price. Also offered sound advice as to how to attach the sticker. Because of the service I'm having a photo printed on canvas frame, which I'm sure will be perfect. They do what they say and contact you when order ready. Well done.

Paid for a service to obtain results within 48 hrs, after a week I receive an email notifying me of delay. I have lost an opportunity because of their lack of effective solution mediocre service. My communication to them regarding a refund have fallen on deaf ear!

Order a custom-printed mug. Sales person was helpful and assisted me via email and telephone, they sent through a **** for checking before doing the job. I paid via eft and then collected a few hours later. Very satisfied with the result.

I had made up my mind that I would never go to the 3@1 at Clearwater mall ever again. I've been using them for the past 7 years, but since the beginning of the year they have changed employees and the service has been bad, not friendly at all and not welcoming. So I had moved to Cresta now which is lovely there (always). Today I was rushing in the evening, worried about loadshedding I decided to go to Clearwater because they close at 7pm, a shock of my life happened there. There is a new tall guy who has respect for other people and is friendly. He smiled!! I kid you not! At Clearwater I got a smile for the first time this year and I felt like a valuable customer. I want to congratulate Clearwater mall for (possibly) realising the impact on customers and fixing it. Because of the friendly service I'll be using both Cresta and Clearwater from now on.

I had made up my mind that I would never go to the 3@1 at Clearwater mall ever again. The new addition (food and entertainment court) is quite nice, some areas need attention though. Other than that you can usually find most franchise or chain stores. Also the new Cine Prestige is quite nice

Good day, The service within the shop was great, I can not complain. But when I left and realized that what I asked for and paid for did not come through. I contacted 3@1 Cresta and the guy helped me and he said he sent it. I waited and nothing came through. This all happened on the 30th of December 2019. All I wanted was for them to scan and mail me documents. It was really important. I called 3 times. The last time I Phoned he said to me that there is nothing he can do about it. When I got back to work I even emailed to complain, because how could I have paid for something that I didn't even get. but no response at all. It might not be a lot of money, but how many times does this happen and people just lose their money.
