I would like to bring to your attention a disappointing experience we had at your store. We arrived at 3@1 Greenstone Stonehill around 1:00 PM on Sunday and waited until 6:12 PM before receiving assistance. When we were finally assisted, the printing was done incorrectly, and we were then informed that we would need to pay for the mistake.
This experience reflects poorly on the level of customer service we expected from your establishment. We hope you will address this matter to ensure better service and accountability in the future.
