I claimed from my homeowners insurance for a burst geyser, and 3G Plumbing was assigned the job. After installation, one tap had no water. They came back to fix it without mentioning any extra charges, gave me a job card, and left. A week later, Karla Meireles started harassing me, demanding payment for the work and even threatening legal action.
This company lacks transparency and tries to sneak in hidden costs. Avoid avoid avoid.
