Bad service
Bad service, purchased few items and later that day I got an email saying they were out of stock with no option to access refund . Sent them an email but untill today there’s no response . Tried calling them but they are not answering.

Bad service

3rd Base Urban is a terrible clothing company
I bought a Tommy Hilfiger shoe from this store and after one hand wash the shoes shrunk and does not fit anymore. Went into the Woodmead store and told them about the issue. I was assisted by Clive Molepo and Lorraine Ouma and both sales persons said that the shoe was not hand washed and washed in a mahcine. Just from looking at it they could ascertain that information - they are very knowledge in washing techniques then actually helping the customer. Next i approached the store manager Keamogetswe Sithole who couldn't even give me the correct store number. He took a video of the shoe and said he would talk to the area manager (who by the way cant be contacted). The area manager without even seeing the physical shoe said there is nothing he can do. This is terrible service from this company i would recoommend that any who is thinking of purchasing from them should think twice. The staff are probably trained to get the customer out of the store and make up accusations without proof. I will never visit the store again.

Happy customer
After reading a lot of bad reviews from here i **** the leap of faith and bought a ck dress worth 2000 rands. I was so happy that it arrived so fast eith no hustle at all the quality is very good it even looks better than the picture. I felt a need to come here and give nice review because i did not experience what other people had. Thank you 3rd base
