Most disgusting company to deal with.
Please don't ever buy 4POS software the owner is the rudest person you will ever encounter. I am so disappointed with the manner that these people handle clients and then simply refuse to assist any further.

Switch away from 4POS and couldn't be happier
I am happy to say we have moved away from 4POS to Smart Trade and couldn't be happier. Would recommend them a million times over 4POS. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Setup was seamless with no issues and works so much better and easier than 4POS. Never ever go with 4POS unless you like dealing with rude customer service that wants to do anything else but help you with your problem and makes up any excuse for the problem to be your fault.

Worst support under the sun. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
Worst support I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Please do not ever buy this product for youll be dealing with the worst owner and support team you've ever met. They will just ignore you and tell you they are ignoring you, I wish I could send the screenshots of our chat. I actually hope this company goes bankrupt.

4POS Software bought at Makro
I bought a 4POS system from Makro. the Box reads easy to use, set up in minutes. Best product in the world..... It is not so easy, it doesnt take minutes......... it is ****. NO BACKUP OR AFTER SALES HELP ON THE PRODUCT. I will not advice this system to a small bussiness. you need an expert and a lot of money to get it going

4POS Software bought at Makro
I bought a 4POS system from Makro. the Box reads easy to use, set up in minutes. Best product in the world..... It is not so easy, it doesnt take minutes......... it is ****. NO BACKUP OR AFTER SALES HELP ON THE PRODUCT. I will not advice this system to a small bussiness. you need an expert and a lot of money to get it going

Shocking service.
I had such a bad experience with 4POS software. The owner actually screamed at us, which was so shocking and unprofessional. It got to the point where even our computer and network companies refused to work with them anymore. On top of that, they use WhatsApp for advertising, which just feels so annoying and unnecessary. We ended up replacing the system completely, and honestly, we’ll never use 4POS again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Shocking service.

Pathetic Rude after sales NON SERVICE!!!!
DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! Very Rude and unhelpful "customer service" We purchased this stupid software - very basic and limited - and wen i asked Markus if i could download the back office on my laptop he said that i had to purchase another voucher - costing R3000.00 additionally - then proceeds to be a **** and asks if you get a free breakfast when you purchase one.. like *** mentality is this when people are supporting your business! DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! TERRIBLE, RUDE AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
