Equipment does not work. Waste of alot of money

Don't bother using this company to install a solar geyser. Quick to install but afterwards the solar part of the geyser does not work. Gets more that enough sun, but only uses the 3kw element. Switched off the elliment yesterday and checked water at 16h00 today when the water should be hot and there was only freezing cold water. We have been begging for a coc but to no avail. Will be reporting this business to the plumbing board.
