***** installation & NO after sales

***** company - also called "4 Solar SA" now but it's the same Pieter as 4 Season Solar and based in Alberton. Poor installation: seal on new element didn't fit resulting in large leak, piece of the new thermostat was also broken off. Had to call and pay another plumber to correct their mistakes. No after sales service WHATSOEVER. They take your money on the spot (75% deposit, 25% on card machine before they leave). After that, you will never get hold of them again. STAY AWAY and don't waste your money or add another couple of thousand Rand to their quote for the mess you'll have to fix.
