Unable to make calls
About three weeks ago I was informed that 42mobile have not settled their account with Telkom and as a result, Telkom have suspended their services. I use the cellphone contract with 42mobile for business purposes, all of my marketing material has my number on it. Now I can only receive calls and not make any, the problem is many of my clients only take my call because they recognize my number, now I'm forced to call from another number. I've also been informed that my number is being 'held hostage' in this battle between 42mobile and Telkom, as they refuse to transfer my number to another service provider. I cannot wait untill these companies have battled this matter out in court, it has absolutely nothing to do with me. Nobody is giving any feedback, even and explanation or advise and their service number is nowhere to be found. I can't believed that any company would treat their clients so poorly.
