1. On the 14 February 2025, I purchased exhaust flap from 4 aces.

2. On the 17 February 2025, I went to return the exhaust flap to 4 aces as it had a malfunction. 4 aces examined the exhaust flap but only wanted a diagnostic report for a refund.

3. On the 28 february 2025, I handed diagnostic report to 4 aces.

4. 4 aces refused to refund, as 4 aces surprisingly say the exhaust flap is not marked.
