Angry neighbour
Ray from 5th Ave auctioneers rents property to anyone and doesn't care as long he's getting the rent.His tenants party until all hours in the night and he couldn't care less. Not the first time. Happens often. Very upset and angry neighbour

21 Aug 2023, 13:29I am a director of 5th Avenue auctioneers and also a director of a property Holding Company that owns the above mentioned house, I do not really see any connection between 5th Avenue auctioneers and the tenants that were making excessive noise, no justification to smear 5th Avenue Auctioneers. I received numerous foul and offensive and threatening messages from this gentleman at early hours of Sunday morning complaining about a neighbour who is renting from a tenant that is renting from our property company, I advised him to contact the police to sort it out as I am not a law enforcement agent and also the person is not renting directly from me. Meanwhile the issue has now been resolved but I reserve our rights to take legal action against this gentleman for defamatory remarks made about myself and 5th Avenue Auctioneers.
