No Tracking Number Received – Poor Communication

I placed an order with 7 Sisters Online Store, I Have received the order number upon payment, however I have not received any email correspondence where i am able to track my order or get any shipping updates. I’ve tried reaching out via email and social media but have received no response. The lack of communication is concerning, and I’m starting to question the reliability of this business. I would appreciate a prompt update on my order status and tracking details. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will consider escalating it further.
