7 Star bad customer service
I am very fond of 7 Star energy drink, but their customer support sucks! I bought a couple of 6-packs end May 2018. 3 of the tins was half full or empty. I sent an email to them, but did not get any reply. Knowing Parkin, we had a WhatsApp conversation. He told me that he will sort it out for me. Nothing happened so I reminded him a couple of days later. Still nothing... I left it there. In December I got hold of Quinton and he promised me several times that he will come to replace the tins and give me some extra. I also reminded him several times, but nothing came of it. It is a pity, for I like the drink. It leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth...
