Shocking attitude & treatment of customers
I made a booking for one of my staff members for 5 nights. I paid upfront for this booking. Due to the national lockdown, I had to cancel one night's accommodation, since my staff member has to come home before the lockdown. I requested a refund for this one night's accommodation. The feedback was that they don't do refunds!! I did not plan this and it is something beyond my control. I honestly do not have words to describe this attitude and action. I will most definitely not support them ever again and I will also make sure other potential clients are aware of this.
