I bought pots from A. C. E Group and last year. I only used the pots this year after moving into a new house. I am very disappointed with the quality of pots. The lid of one pot bursted and broke while I was cooking. I only use low heat with this pots but still the lid broke. Lebo

After speaking with a salesperson and assuring me I would receive my order within 24 hours, I received it much later. I asked for a refund, they said I should pay to send back the items, which I did, the box was still unopened, now I can't get a hold of them for my refund! They are not answering ANY calls or emails (I have sent over 20 mails). I have been trying for over 4 weeks now! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ace group you don't have customers care serious please investigate my money because that's a lot of money I can't just let it like that.. my money went in your account you are horrible yerr..

I am not happy at all with A.C.E group customer service, they are just horrible when serving their customers, on black Friday I ordered pots, my pots where delivered and when I unbox my order find out that a lid was smeshed in the box, I took pictures and send to them, they calledback and say it's the delivery mistake they will send a new lid, two weeks passed no new lid was sent to me, I send a follow up email to ask why am I not receiving the new lid, I was told I need to send pictures of the pots again for them to process my query. I was disappointed as I was told my lid is on the way, and I had to be the one asking what heppening in order for them to tell me they need pictures again, so I decided to take the pots back, they took their pots on the 22 of December 2021. I was told my money will be refunded in 4 working days. Today it's the 19 of January 2022 and my money hasn't come through, and no one is responding to my emails anymore.

Good day, I bought stainless steel pots from this company I saw how customers were happy with theirs on their Facebook page and I needed pots, I received my order on the 21/12/2021but mine were not new, they looked like they have been used before, the lids looked like they have been washed and not properly wiped, they had water marks, I immediately went and in boxed them on Facebook they gave me an email address but my mail did not go through for the first time, I phoned them then it went through I spoke to Thabo n he said I must send pictures and an email stating If I wanted a replacement or my money back which I did n he said that this can be fixed in a day but I have been calling n begging for this exchange, my second inbox on the 24th was ignored completely until I called them on the 28th, Whenever I call I speak to this Thabo person n I always have to remind him what my issue is and he always say he will forward it to sales manager but until today nothing! No update from them, they don't care about the customer anymore, I don't even want their pots anymore I want my money back this company can not be trusted, I have no words for their customer service.

On the 1 Feb 2021 I placed an order online for set of pots (AS-G8 Superior 8 piece) with A.C.E Groups which I paid for. I immediately received the order number and that they will contact me regarding the purchase. However to date I have not received any communication regarding my order. I am very disappointed with their service. I have sent a couple of emails and have not received any reply.

I bought a set of cooking pots online and I felt safe as the company kept in contact with me informing every stage from receiving my payment through shipping to delivery. The courier they used informed me the time and the person doing the delivery. This made me feel safe. I am happy with the quality of the product. Thank you A. C. E Group.
