I purchased the occasional chair on the 27th October 2020 from A & I Lounge Suites and pay the full purchase price of R3800.00. Upon delivery of the occasional chair, my husband discovered that the chair was defective and my husband refused to take delivery of the same. The supplier took it back for repairs and they delivered it on the 11th November 2020. I was still not happy with the quality of the chair after its delivery as it came back with more defectives. I spoke to Ayesha via WhatsApp and she agreed that she will refund me 100% of the purchase price and take the chair by close of business on the 16th November 2020. On 05 December 2020, I received an email from the supplier apologizing for the delays to sort the refund. She then promised to collect the chair and give me the full refund. I have sent her WhatsApp messages several times reminding her about the refund as promised which she ignored. Furthermore, the supplier failed to refund me and requested a legal advisor to assist to follow up with the supplier when the refund would be made. She quickly responded to the legal advisor and made a promise to refund me on 05 December 2020 as she was trying to put money together so that she can refund, which she failed and ignore the emails. I am now with a chair that I cannot use and occupying my lounge. The chair has visible detectives and even difficult to ignore. It breaks my heart. What is worse, my husband warned me from buying from small businesses. What breaks my heart is, the supplier has money and I have deadwood occupying my lounge since 11 November 2020. They are ignoring emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages. Customers out there be warned, the company has very bad service and produce poor quality products.

We did ask Ayesha to supply us with cover of our chairs After 3 weeks we call she said she forgot Sorry it was on Thursday you will have then on Monday then Monday sorry it will be wednesday and then no answer on our calls to finally been told that they had a funeral ,,,,it can not be done plese collect your cover Terrible service communication
