Horrible Experience with Threatening Behavior from Owner

I had an incredibly unpleasant and distressing experience at AP Auto Parts recently. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an appalling level of service. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, acting as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than treating me like a valued customer. What truly shocked me was the owner's behavior. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the service, the owner did not attempt to resolve the issue but instead escalated the situation dramatically. Not only did he raise his voice and use inappropriate language, but he also made physical threats towards me. I was absolutely horrified when he approached me aggressively, implying that he would physically assault me if I didn’t leave immediately. This level of ************ and lack of basic respect is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever have to fear for their safety while visiting a business. I am utterly disgusted by the treatment I received and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. The owner's behavior was not only unprofessional but also ********. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure no one else has to endure such an awful experience. Stay far away from AP Auto Parts if you value your safety and dignity.
