Refusing to refund deposit after not delivering

Andrew Williams send me a proforma invoice for some benches and outdoor furniture,<br> I paid the deposit as requested. After a month he had still not delivered any goods, I started enquiring where my goods where and he had stories all the time, after three or four months I told him to cancel the order and refund my money, he has still not refunded my deposit and Its been more than 6 months now. He keeps promising that he will refund it, but nothing ever happens<br> <br> Do Not do business with this man, he is a shark and cannot be trusted, do not believe a word he says!
