Worst Company, Misconduct and Fraud
This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for! Their commission structure favours them and try to keep you or have you join them by telling you they will give a basic salary, to make you feel comfortable while they milking you out of your hard work as a sales consultant. You will make more for the company than the basic they give you.. on top of only giving you peanuts commission they will tax your commission and take the money themselves they don’t pay SARS, they make employees pay for FSP levies which are levies paid by the employer! Yoooh there’s a lot of misconduct and fraud shame on this company.

Thank you for your review.
With regards to your statement about the commission, when you were employed with us you
enjoyed the benefits of an average monthly commission of R7,500.00 excl. your basic salary.
All of our field sale representatives are well aware that the commission payable was based on
your performance and on the company's ability to collect premiums on the policies that you sold.
We cannot pay commission for sales that which we as a business were not paid.
A1 Financial Services pays PAYE for its employees every month and when you raised your tax
query with us we provided you a written response via email explaining to you, why it was
that the SARS office employee advised you as they did. We provided you all of your pay slips
and a full breakdown of what was paid over to SARS. We never heard back from you following that.
All of Field Representatives are responsible for paying the FCSA levies, this was stipulated
in your employment contract.
We are a responsible employer and abide by all the the countries laws. We value our staff and
honor all our commitments to them. The company adheres to its values and a code of conduct.

22 Feb 2022, 14:35Can an employer sue an employee for defamation? The answer is Yes! So you can go ahead and do that if all this is false.
I have never received a Bank notification stating I got paid R7500.. February I had 8 sales paid did I get paid a cent? Nope. January I got R680 commission with 12 paid clients. December I got R780 with 13 paid sales.
It’s funny how you say you as a business can’t pay commission of sales you never got paid for if that’s the case why can’t you pay commision if 9 sales paid? I can work hard and find clients and only 9 pay you don’t even pay me a cent! While the new business could amount to over R25k you will make your selves feel better by giving us R3700 basic while you took all the money of 9 paid sales which have more value than the 3700 u give us.
Which response did you provide me with regarding my Tax? The lame excuse that I got a IT3 certificate because I was new? Well sir everyone in your company even those who have been there for over 2 years get IT3 certificates yearly they don’t get IRP5 because they not Tax contributors. They just didn’t come forward because they are scared but they came with their certificates and it was identified by SARS that they also don’t pay tax. All your employees get IT3 certificates and you know that.
Responsible employer that attends CCMA cases every 2 seconds?
You adhere to code of conducts? So you didn’t know that employer should not make employees pay for something that is never in writing and signed and agreed upon by both parties? Have you ever given us something to sign for the levies you make us pay ? Have you given us proof after paying that you have made payment on our behalf? A big NO.
