Poor operational excellence

Hi Julian hope you are well , I’m sorry to message you on this platform but I don’t have access to your business number , I’m a bit disappointment at the operations at the a1 branch in monte vista, I called in on Wednesday to check the food dispensary section was selling chicken wraps , however I called 8 times no answer , so I drove in and they were closing early the person that runs the area was off sick , that’s fine I then asked ok so who can I contact to find out what’s going on so I don’t drive in for nothing , so today o messaged with no response so once again I I drove in and they still weren’t selling chicken wraps , I’m sure u take pride in how your franchises operates and as a operations manager myself , I then asked to speak to a manager of which I got the floor super visor Shamiela, I then asked again for the actual manager, then Natasha came out I then had a conversation with Natasha that told me her staff member that runs the food section is off sick so I asked does X the person manning the dispensary not have the ability to make chicken wraps and advised that cross skilling the staff might benefit the operation incase someone is sick , she said he should no how to, then I asked so what for the past 3 days have there been no wraps made and her answer is they ran out of chicken, I then sarcastically said that isn’t this a chicken place that sells chicken so how could that be, she also **** to me and said the person was sick for one day and I told her no because I was told she was sick since Wednesday , again I apologise about the rant here , but as a director I’m sure you would like your businesses to flourish and work at an optimal level , I’m really hoping your Managment steps up and this is all addressed.
