A Total Nightmare

Shocking, Abysmal service. My wife's vehicle was collected by Shiraaz, driving A1's Tow Truck, his employment was confirmed with them before handing the vehicle over. Long story short, she's paid 9.5k and it's been months and A1 are claiming that they contracted the job out to Shiraaz. We can't even get a straight answer as to the whereabouts of the vehicle. SAMBRA were also a waste of time, no idea the point of. So now, it's off to SAPS tomorrow, hopefully they can assist with what is just a total nightmare.
