I have never been so terribly badly treated by the most terrible woman at the entrance to the A1 lounge at Gatwick North airport. She decided that she would calculate the hours when the plane took off, but you have to be at the gate by a specific time which is an hour before departure she was not interested on that on our boarding passes and that we would’ve only had two hours in the lounge which we had waited for for an hour to get in Because of her attitude, how can they employee such a terrible woman who argues and is so rude and has got it all wrong the time you have to be at the gate if you’re not at the gate by that time they close the gate and you missed the flight obviously she hasn’t been told by the owners of the lounge that that is the case and that the three hours that you’re allowed in the lounge falls into the category of the time you have to leave Does anybody have any information who owns the lounge that I can contact them and lay charges against them about what goes on we are diners club members and therefore we are allowed entrance into the lounge and I have already reported this to diners club. we went to a small lounge next to A1, which was the most disgusting Lounge we’ve ever been in three bean pots. That’s all there was no bread nothing else no liquor and we had to endure that for a few minutes and then we left, but I’d like to get comments from other people about the A1 lounge in the north terminal and if they’ve encountered the

Good Afternoon Hellopeter, My brother saw a car on the newspaper and called these guys to find out if the car was still available and he was told that it is and he must put a deposit. He did that and even paid them a delivery fee of R1800. Now every time he calls them they tell him they will come back to him and when they don't and he calls them again they start talking afrikaans. All we want is the refund and expose these guys coz it's clear that this is how they operating. The sales person was Bhekumuzi Mkhize and Brandon Van Wyk. My brother is Mandlakayise J Nxumalo id no: ********** 455086 Details of the car he bought are as follows: VW GOLF VI GTI 2.0TSI MODEL 2010 SILVER We will really appreciate if we can get assisted. We spoke to Brandon Van Wyk and Bhekuyise Mkhize ********** 999 manager ********** 150. We want our refund now and want these guys exposed coz they did not honour their promise. We not even getting feedback on wheat is happening. We don't even think if that car exist.

<p>We bought a 2015 Nissan with 30 000kms on the clock, never test drove it before purchase, big mistake, got delivered on a truck from PE, salesman was super smooth until the deal was done, on the day we received it we heard a funny noise straight away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Contacted the delaer, he says it went to Nissan in PE and it was fine. Nissan in Umhlanga says it needs a new gear box, 2 months later when Nissan SA and Nissan Umhlanga are actually able to get the gear box right between the 2 of them, long story, in total we didnt have the car for a week in Dec and then again for 3 weeks in Jan and they think the Etios they loaned to us is a favour, when we are paying a huge installment every month for the Nissan.</p> <p> </p> <p>So we get the car back now and it sounds even worse and looks like they haven't putting the padding back properly between the engine and front compartment which isnt helping the noise, the car sounds like a broken tractor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to send the car back, the bank says it is do-able if the Dealer agrees, but he is not budging? What are our rights? Do I need to get a lawyer involved? We didnt test drive the car before purchase and they assured us the car was 100%, I believe this helps in terms of being able to return the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one is going to want to buy a car with a replaced gear box at 30 000km and now when my hubby is away I have to drive 80-100km a day to work and back on my own and I am worried the car is going to break down.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not buy from this dealership unless you have driven the car yourself and have had it checked out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>I have tried to bought a car from them for over 3weeks now. Each process is taking so long.</p> <p>They asked me to take my car to a dealership for inspection and to take photos. After a done it, it takes them a week to come back to me. They asked me to send the completed finance forms, after I have done it, it take them a week to come back to me.</p> <p>Now all of a sudden they don't want to go forward with the deal anymore.</p> <p>very very bad communication and and service received.</p>
