I feel used and ripped off
Good day I had a problem with my Renault Kwid of which the tow guy advised me to take my car to the AAA Recovery Auto Repairs & Services as that guy was very good with Renaults since the Renault dealership failed me straight. the car was collected on the 3rd of May from my home and towed to Duncanville. Marius did alert me when he did receive the car, told me had diagnosed it and that the clutch was worn out and was a leaking pipe and that he also do a full service on the car once. I agreed. On the 13th June he called to say the car is ready for collection and I arranged with him if I can come and collect it on the 16th June, he agreed. the first thing that got caught my ear was the sound, it sounded like a motor bike, but I decided to keep quiet. I asked for the tax invoice so I can make payment, he answered by saying that lady in not in cos it's a public holiday but I must please make an immediate payment otherwise he will be in trouble releasing the car without any money and yet I paid without the actually tax invoice, After I left the place I still had to fix the exhaust that was leaking and pay more. I have begged and pleaded for my tax invoice to be sent throuh Till today I still await the tax invoice which includes all the things he claimed to have fixed

I feel used and ripped off

Replacement engine
I got a breakdown with my car last year november i towed my car to AAA recovery since they were refferd by insurance.the qouted 37000 to replace my engine warranty was supposed to pay 20000 after the work is done.i paid 17000 to AAA n collected the car the guy ddnt wanna show or give me old engine there was no papers of a new engine the engine number on the invoice was still old one. I took the car early feb.the car wa mis firing i notifyd the mechanic 30min after i pick up the car cause it ddnt have power.called insurence to stop the out standing payment of 20.000 the guy ddnt replace my engine he just fixed the old one n quated for a replacement engine till now i dont have a car with me can hellopeter help me on that.

Bad service and repairs
AAA towing and recovery and repair service. They towed my vehicle in after the cambelt broke, they repaired the damage 1st the amount off R6000 and when vehicle was finished it cost us R7800, got the vehicle back next day saterday car give problems, lot off parts is lose, phone them, we must take the car back on monday again addition amount off R300. Get vehicle back drive two days. Start vehicle this morning again problems battery not charging. Again they must come and collect vehicle.

Pathetic service on vehicle repair
<p>On Monday 10 Oct 2016 I drove my vehicle to the abovementioned and requested repairs. The diagnosis were done and I was told there's nothing wrong electronically and the Owner assumed the water pump is damaged thus causing overheat problems. I ask for a roughly figure and I was quoted R2200, I then left the vehicle and two days later I received a call and I was told my engine need engineering and skimming and the new price became R6500 which I accepted, two days later I called and I was told the Radiator is also damaged and quoted R 2450 which totalled R8950.00. I then made payment and collected the vehicle on 27.10.2016 and 2 hours later I was stuck with overheating. The car was towed to the workshop and I went next day at 09h35 and was told it will be ready at 11h00. At 11:00 I received stories and finally after 13:30 I was given the vehicle. After few hours the splash cover fell off and I put it back into position. The air housing box was not fastened and the electrical harness left lying loose. Then a sound appeared on the hood rattling and I called / whattsapp the owner but he had no interest. Now he called on 31.10.2016 and said I must bring the car back.</p> <p>If once I arrived at the workshop and he was there Supervising his employees all these problems wouldn't exist.</p>
