Take the time and make up your own mind Avanti’s spa pricing model is very competitive in the market , trust me I did the research. From the very start the communication was extremely good. Being a spa buyer for the first time I had many questions to which all were answered professionally – putting my mind at ease. My wife later that evening pointed out the reviews on HelloPeter, which made me extremely skeptical about going ahead with the order. As effective as social media is, in many cases it's from the view point of just the one individual and there is ALWAYS another side to the story. Giving Ernst and his team the benefit of the doubt I emailed through expressing my concerns based on the reviews. I was not too surprised to receive a call from Ernst within the hour, as mentioned earlier – the communication was excellent. He assured me that there was context to each and every complaint and guaranteed me that his work, product and team is both reliable and professional. Needless to say , I proceeded with the order. 16 days later the spa arrived, in toe the Avanti installation team – all smiles and willing to go the extra mile. In fact I was the recipient of the new design and upgraded features . This was a very pleasant surprise. Not sure if this is the new model or package, but nevertheless I am tremendously pleased with the product thus far. I am not stating that the other customers' complaints on this site aren’t valid. My personal experience was very good and I definitely would recommend Avanti Spa to anyone. Take the time and make up your own mind! IN CLOSING…. “Online reviews are less trustworthy than we think” Through many years working in the social media and online space. Society relies so much on online reviews so much that a SINGLE bad review can completely ruin the online reputation of a company. 91% of people trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations – as long as the reviews are authentic. It is well documented that 39% of the reviews are found to be unreliable and 20% of reviews are fake. Thank you Ernst and the team - great JOB DONE!

This company is a HUGE con! Once they have your money the rest is the worst quality and service you will imagine! His products are faulty and he, THE OWNER takes zero responsibility for after sales work. He's either "in hospital" or some excuse us given!!!! Be VERY aware of this company!

Pathetic workmanship, full of excuses, not willing to repair their nonsense, puts blame on everyone except himself. (thats if they reply to your messages or calls). Had to fix the brand new jacuzzi from an external company. Stay as far away as possible. Dont believe me..... just scroll through all the reviews here and on other sites.

This is the absolute worst company on the planet. If I can save you so much money and time, stay far away from Ernst!!! Our nightmare began almost one year ago when we contacted Ernst and the company to build a jacuzzi into our deck. Ernst had promised that three weeks later we would have an operational jacuzzi. Fast forward 3 months and we were still waiting for this so-called operational Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, there was no turning back as there was already a huge hole dug out in our deck (one thing the company seemed to do perfectly well- oh boy). Ernst gave us a whole host of excuses as to why it was taking so long. Back and forth and a clear indication of what was to come… Finally the Jacuzzi was installed (months later) and so began our year of endless problems and issues!! The Jacuzzi was cheaply installed (along with every single part that came with it). Hardly any of the parts worked properly and after a few weeks different components of the Jacuzzi slowly started to fail. But the biggest issue was that the Jacuzzi kept tripping our electricity and even caused two FIRES! Ernst kept telling us that the issues were on our side and he was not to blame. We subsequently called professionals to come and look at the jacuzzi (just to prove to ourselves we weren’t going mad). They informed us that the Jacuzzi was not in working order and it needs to be completely reinstalled. As much as we tried to engage with Ernst (and in his defence he did try fix the issues), nothing was ever properly sorted out. He always sent his workers to come fix the problem, never once engaging with us directly (and hardly answering our calls or emails). Bottom line, time is money and I can promise you that if you go down this route you are wasting both your time and your money. Ernst will pull you along the whole way and make you believe everything will be okay. Stay away, before it’s too late! There are a million more reputable Jacuzzi companies!

Since I called Ernst the owner the 1st time he was very helpful an honest with all my inquiries re Spas. We visited his showroom and ordered. He was on time with delivery date and his follow up was excellent.. Thank you to you and your team. Blessings and success Sareze

NEVER TRUST THE OWNER OR USE THIS COMPANY. BIG SCAM! Called in April looking to purchase a jacuzzi in Port Elizabeth, the owner told me they service PE. He told me they will courier the unit and I requested an installer, was told its R700 extra. I agreed, On installation day no installer came and he just gave me directions on the phone. The unit had broken pipes, leaking, and was not heating. I called and sent images and videos, he blamed the courier he selected. The next day I saw a crack in the bath, he said I placed sandbags incorrectly. I agreed to pay for a guy to come to repair it. Guy came made a mess and left, I called a local pool company to assist. He took no accountability and I still have not used the unit due to the issues it has. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! SCAM!
