Incompetence staff

I took my wife to the hospital it was around 10:00 am when we arrived in the reception we spend almost 1h:50 while the lady busy teaching a guy how to do admission while my wife is sick unproffessional what they did ,on ward 'medical ward, nurses yhooooo *********** sfaff please do the inservice training patient has high glucose but they didnt check on the file its written they dont do vital yhooooooooooooo disaster hospital docters they talk nonesense to the patient
