Unbelievable

I'm not sure if these people go by All Appliance Services which they have on their invoice or ABC Appliance & Electrical as it shows on their WhatsApp, but they are very unprofessional. Wimpie came to do an assessment of my Fridge, Washing machine & dishwasher. He quoted me R3980 to fix my washing machine and R3640 to fix my fridge. He sent his team once the quote was approved. The gentlemen that fixed my washing machine did a very good job. The guy that he sent for my fridge said that the Glass element needed to be replaced. He called Wimpie and he said they would replace the element free of charge. Very kind of him since he himself did not pick up on the problem when HE did the assessment. He said he has an element; they would come replace it the next day. Two days later I called to find out what was happening, and they said they need to order one from Samsung. I finally got my element, and they came to install. A month later my fridge was leaking. I sent Wimpie pictures, and he sent his guys out to come check. Suprise, I need that same free of charge element replaced but Wimpie recommended I replace it with a steel element as the glass elements don't come with a guarantee at a cost of R1780.00. I told him I am unable to afford to pay for a steel element and I find it strange that the original element that comes with the fridge was glass and lasted 10 years and his glass element only lasted a month. I was told I just want things for free, shocking after I just paid him R7620.00 for my Fridge and Washing Machine. Looking at the invoice given to me it stipulates that Guarantee on work done only. One would think that included his incompetence on his assessment and his offer to supply me with a free element. As far as I'm concerned that falls under WORK DONE ONLY. Please don't use this guy, his very rude and the Customer is never right.
