Scam

Can someone who has done business with ABC Cash loan please assist. I have applied for a loan and I was requested to pay R3000 for administration fee and I paid R2500 into a capitec account and they said once it’s paid they will release the loan but after making a payment I was then inquired to pay R3500 for insurance cover! Can someone please assist with the legitimacy of the company? And also can I open a dispute for that capitec account holder since it appears on their invoice?
