ABL Trading & Projects Nightmare

ABL Trading and Projects is a ****!!! Dont ever use them. You will lose your money. The salesman's name is Joshua , phone number is 069 424 1113, email address is abltradings@safrica.com. I bought a pelletizer from them and after I was told the courier collected, I received an email demanding I need to pay more than half the value of the machine in shipping insurance fees.

I contacted Joshua asking if I can collect myself but he refused. I asked for a refund and he told me it takes 30 days(ridiculous) but am yet to receive the refund form after days of requesting.
