NEVER EVER EVER USE ABLE REMOVERS

Never use AbleRemovers. Ever. I trusted AbleRemovers with my most precious belongings for a move from Johannesburg to Cape Town and they destroyed them. Boxes marked fragile and this side up were delivered upside down and crushed. My glassware was completely shattered, even though it was bubble-wrapped and packed in heavy duty plastic containers. My guitar arrived bent. The worst damage was to two large oil paintings of my grandmother, a prominent South African artist whose work is still displayed in the Pretoria Museum of Art. These irreplaceable artworks were delivered with holes through the canvases and deep scratches. Completely ruined. I paid R30 000 for this privilege. When I contacted Selwyn, the owner, with photos of the damage, he ignored me and then blocked me on WhatsApp. That says everything about this company’s integrity. If you value your belongings, do not use AbleRemovers. This was reckless, unprofessional and devastating.
