Poor service - East Rand Mall Branch
Poor service - East Rand Mall Branch Consultant very rude. What was supposed to be a simple and straightforward service request (coins deposit) ended up being a horrible experience. I deserve an apology for the disrespect and unprofessional behaviour by Terreece.
