Poor service
My son saw an add on Google for absolut fencing. I have send an email to them enquiring about pricing and styling of fencing. My Son was called by someone from absolut fencing and required the size and style of fencing my Son was interested in. My Son has given through all details as requested but to date we have not had any response of feedback from absolut fencing. Maybe their business is doing so well that they do not need new business.

Poor service
My son saw an add on Google for absolut fencing. I have send an email to them enquiring about pricing and styling of fencing. My Son was called by someone from absolut fencing and required the size and style of fencing my Son was interested in. My Son has given through all details as requested but to date we have not had any response of feedback from absolut fencing. Maybe their business is doing so well that they do not need new business.

Great service and quality
Very professional outfit, prices are reasonable but more importantly the work they did for me (a tricky job) was completed on time and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

Shocking Service.
SHOCKING SERVICE! I enquirer about 2 x pedestian gates for my property in the middle of November 2021. A gent by the name of Lourens came out to the house to do measurements. Quote was given to me which I accepted. This was on the 19th November. 22nd November Lourens confirmed that he will book the job for manufacturing and give me an installation date. Almost 3 weeks pass, I hear nothing from him. I send a mail to follow up. I get a reply from Lourens 3 days later informing me that installation will not happen until the new year and that I should inform him when we are back from leave in January. I informed him that we are not going away and that we are ready for installation asap. This was the the 17th December. That is the last time I have ever heard from Mr Lourens!! I have sent multiple mails, I have called him and WhatsApp’d this man but get absolutely no reply! Eventually I called the business and asked for the owner (Geoff) so I could relay my experience in the hope of getting this sorted. This was on Friday 21st Jan 2022. Geoff was not in. Spoke to Shannon and let my details with a brief description of what has transpired. Shannon informed me that Geoff would definitely give me a call back on Friday 21st Jan, or latest Saturday 22nd. The date today is the 25th January and I have still not received a call from Geoff (owner) or Lourens or anyone for that matter… I have now taken my business to the opposition which have already sent a quote and started manufacturing the gates, all within 2 days. Business must be booming for Absolut Fencing if this is how experiences such as mine get handled. THINK TWICE ABOUT USING ABSOLUT FENCING.

Absolut Fencing - excellent service on warranty repair!
We had an issue with the garden gate Absolut Fencing installed exactly 2 years ago at our home. The post had broken away from the wall and could therefore no longer open and close. I contacted Teodora at Absolut Fencing and she came back to me within an hour telling me she would speak to the installation team and see what they could do. The next day I received a call and Teodora confirmed the team would be at my house 2 days later at 8am to sort it out, and it would be handled under their excellent 20 year warranty with no charge. At 7:58am the team was in our driveway and came in to sort out the gate. They were friendly, efficient and the guy that did the repair actually commented on how good the garden was looking, because he was the one that installed the gate 2 years ago when we were busy with renovations, and he remembered the house. 30 Minutes later the gate was repaired, cleaned and they asked me to come and inspect to make sure I was happy. I am extremely impressed! It says so much that a company stands behind their warranty, sticks to their promises without question and get the job done efficiently. Well done Absolut Fencing - I remain a very happy customer and continue to recommend you to all that admire our beautiful fence.

Absolute Fencing Installation Disaster
We put up a very simple PVC picket fence in our yard. It ended up being messy and disappointing. First installation the spacing between the poles was incorrect, this meant repositioning poles that had already been cemented into the ground. Second installation the fence slants downwards and we had to spend over R2,418 fixing our irrigation system that they disconnected and cemented into the pillars. Cement was left all over the garden so I needed to replant seedlings as it had just been planted and was ruined. Geoff the owner said he would refund us the money for the irrigation but of course it was an empty promise. I sent pics of the workmanship and he has just gone silent. I do believe there are many suppliers of this PVC fencing so if you want the product perhaps look for another supplier as this company does not know how to install and they are very pricey.
