Absolute fragrance poor service

I'm so disappointed with their service, I paid delivery fee with no mention that i will have to go and collect from postnet, received an sms indicating that my parcel is ready for collection at a postnet that is 25km away from where i stay and when i questioned i was told that the parcel will be re routed, five days after being told it will be rerouted when i followed up how far it is i was told it was still at the same place. Going to collect at that area is an inconvenience the least they could have done was for me to choose where i wanted the parcel to be couriered at. Not even an apology on misleading me to think the parcel will be rerouted, and the fragrance was bought for use this coming sunday I highly doubt i will ever use their service ever again.
