4 Stars for a 4 Star Hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located near the V&A waterfront, although not exactly walkable to/ from V&A. There are complimentary shuttle buses from the hotel to near the V&A, and complimentary canal cruise tickets that can be requested from the reception. Breakfast and room service were delicious!!

The room was clean and comfortably furnished. However, housekeeping seemed to be in a mess - water was not refilled most days, sometimes given 1 set of towels although it’s double occupancy, bottled toiletries were not filled and conditioner missing, etc. Housekeeping requests were mostly fulfilled promptly though.
