Unprofessional and rude staff.

Agrecia should not be dealing with customers he or her is very unprofessional and lacks customers etiquette. They couldn't be bothered to read your e-mail and then rudly tells you to go to the website (like you are irretating them?, if they had taken the time to read the e-mail they would have known that the information I was inquiring about is not available on the website. This person seems to forget they are a representative/face of a company and that their conduct is a bad reflection on the company.
