Accelerit is an abysmal ISP

Accelerit is continuously billing me for a service they have suspended, make sense how you pay for a service which was never rendered?..

Ticket ID: 056313, 003335, both closed and told it's policy that I pay. Ticket ID: 456931 is my recent submission, and I am waiting for their response. I am honestly dissatisfied with their service.
