<p> </p> <p>Please can someone advise me on the situation I am facing right now and don’t know what to do</p> <p>I have a friend from the UK who sent me a parcel and it was a surprise from overseer, and when the parcel arrived here in SA , I had to pay clearance for the parcel at custom, and I also payed insurance fees, after all that the courier company opened the parcel and took out pounds which was in the parcel I did not know anything so the courier company ask me to pay for the transferring of the pounds which they took out and exchanged it to rands. And after all that I was ask to pay more money again for the transfer to be done which I did, and again they requested more money for tax R26 000.00 before they transfer the cash into my account. Still nothing has been done and I even ask them to deduct the tax the refuse to do so.I have all the communication that I have with them and I even ask them to refund my money what I paid to them and they refuse they want me to pay R5400.00 before the refund me. Please help I do not have any money to pay them anymore and advise what should I do.</p>

NO DELIVERY AFTER PAYMENT
Really a very big problem. Bought trailer on OLX. Company was suggested by seller. Paid 20% deposit and R1800 for delivery. Website with tracking number received, but when you phone he cannot track delivery. After phoning and requesting feedback numerous times, told me that seller put hold on delivery since he wants full payment BEFORE delivery. Got very upset and sweared when we suggested that we pay cash the moment they stop here with trailer. No trailer ever delivered and money paid lost. Threatened me when I started to ask questions.
