Accident Panel and Paint – Truly Grateful for Their Kindness and Care
I just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Accident Panel and Paint. After my accident, I was really shaken up and didn’t quite know what to do. The staff were absolutely wonderful — they treated me with such kindness and care. The lovely ladies in the office helped me book a Bolt to get home safely, made sure all my belongings were taken out of my car, and kept reassuring me that everything would be okay. It might sound small, but in that moment it meant the world to me. They really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease after such a stressful experience. When I got my car back, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked — the paintwork and panel beating were done so perfectly, you’d never even know it had been in an accident. The quality of their work is just outstanding. It’s rare to find people who not only do their jobs so well but also genuinely care about their customers. I’m so grateful for all their help and kindness. I would recommend Accident Panel and Paint to anyone — they truly go the extra mile, and it shows in everything they do.

I just wanted to sincerely thank the entire team at Accident Panel and Paint for the exceptional service I received from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for, the warm welcome, the thoughtful offer of a cappuccino, and the friendly atmosphere made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Throughout the process, I was kept well informed with regular updates, which gave me real peace of mind and reflected their commitment to transparency and customer care. It’s clear that every member of their team takes great pride in their work, not just in the outstanding quality of the repair, but also in how you treat your customers. When I picked up my car, I was blown away, it looked absolutely immaculate, inside and out, and better than I could have imagined. Your attention to detail and high standards really shines through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Accident Panel and Paint to friends and family; they have truly earned my trust and appreciation.

Paid for service but didn't receive anything in return
Waiting for a quotation since the 17th of July 2024 no has gotten back to regarding the quote paid to the quote but nothing, basically took my money for nothing in return. Would not recommend

Stay FAR AWAY from these guys
The other reviews are quite right. This place is terrible don't take your car here (Brakpan Branch). Avoid at all costs. I cant warn people either. A 5 year old could do a better paint job this is my second visit to this hellhole to get my front bumper repaired. The owner (Brent) must have been bul**** at school as he is rude, vulgar and unprofessional. Apart from anything else they will do anything to try and escape liability. My car came in with 2 perfectly working fog lamps that now don't work because the xenon connector/relay box was lost, damaged or ****** whilst at their premises. He referred to my lights and car (being my property as "sh*t") He said it is his business and can run it was he sees fit and he doesn't care that I'm an attorney. Got news for you - reputation and quality workmanship is everything in running a successful business Brent and congratulations you've just lost yours. This won't be the end of this matter. These guys don't deserve to be on an insurers approved repair panals and it will be seen to that you won't in future. Unfortunately for them they chose the wrong person today, who has the right contacts.

Do take your Suzuki to them.(Pe, walmer branch)
They have bean struggle to get my vehicle repaired since the 25th August 2023.They have ordered the incorrect parts, painted they vehicle incorrect and just performed substandard body and mechanical repairs. The vehicle is currency at OEM cause they cannot complete the repairs.
