Disrespectful and not punctual

I called Brian a day before the Site Visit to be on-site at 2pm. When he was late I called (he didn't bother) him and politely asked if he would still attend the meeting as agreed. He then raised his voice saying we should re-schedule and I told him that the end users are all waiting on-site we can not just re-schedule. He then said I should call someone else. I would not recommend Accredited Waterproofing
