Scamster and thief!
Fanie (aka Petrus Steph**** Engelbrecht) goes around and submits quotes for building/construction/waterproofing etc asks for a 50 - 75% deposit and then disappears after receiving the cash without doing any work. His company office number and the cell number is out of order now, it is impossible to reach him. The address on his invoices is 16 Scafell street, which is a vacant house. Please be aware that he is a scamster and a fraud!
