DISGUSTING: Live worms found in Ace Maize Meal

I am writing to report a very disturbing experience with ACE Super Maize Meal (12.5 kg). Upon opening a new bag, I discovered live worms and black insects crawling inside the meal. What makes this worse is that the product is still well within its shelf life. The packaging details are as follows: • Best Before Date: 20/05/2026 • Manufacturing Date: 07/10/2025 • Barcode: 6 001256 001234 I have already contacted the company via phone, and as per their request, I sent all the videos and photos of the infestation via email and WhatsApp. Since then, they have gone completely quiet and have not offered a solution or an apology. This is a major health concern and extremely disappointing for a brand I usually trust. I expect a formal response and a resolution regarding this contaminated product immediately.
