Aweful Service

Since the expansion of the pharmacy service is SHOCKING. Far to many staff standing around chatting & some clogging the passage ways with their trolleys filling shelves. You have to literally climb over them.

On phoning going through the various IVR numbers, your call is often unanswered., resulting a repeat call.

Only decent service is at the pharmacy counter. Thise people work non-stop just a pity about the other free loaders/dead wood.
