Bad customer service

I bought a phone at Ackerman after 2 months the screendidnt break but gave me problems I then took it back they said they'll repair it I waited for 3 weeks when I went there they had the phone and didn't even fix it am so disappointed at their service and I only have 1 phone and I saved for months to get it please help me
