This is the upteenth time I am left frustrated and no resolve for my issue. I requested a two separate cash outs 4days ago. But still no payment has been made to me. I was told to wait 72hours, which I did, after that I was again told to kindly wait till the next morning,and I did,the next morning I am again told to wait. Now they are quick to stipulate their policy terms when avoiding delays in payment issues from clients. But now that the policy they refer to is against them , they have no answers. And apparently no supervisor to contact instead of Irma,Karen or the other AI -like agents that literally have copy and paste responses to everything. Surely if their timeline in their own policies have lapsed , I should be able to do something about it!!!!I need help here,what is the next step?
